I built GymDorks to bridge the gap between lifestyle training and academic exercise science.

I already lived the discipline before I earned the degrees.

Then I earned the education to refine it.

I hold advanced academic training in Exercise Science and business, but what separates my approach is execution. I don’t coach theory — I coach application.

My experience spans strength development, adaptive training, physique preparation, and performance-based programming.

The goal is simple:
